Common server error messages, including #302 REDIRECT, #404 NOT_FOUND, and #500 SERVER_ERROR, overlay the artist’s portrait, turning broken links into an encounter rather than a dead end. Presented here as restored server error pages (originally Flash .swf files and HTML) from Entropy8.com, and still fully functional on any server today, Wrong! is a testament to a conviction that ran through the entire movement of net.art: the web should be inhabited and personalized, even at its fringes and down to its very failures.
